Exchange 2010 Arbitration Mailboxes Missing

The arbitration mailboxes can normally be found using a simple PowerShell command:

Get-Mailbox -Arbitration

If you are in a multi-domain forest, this command will return nothing if you run it on an Exchange Server in a child domain. Before you panic and think you system mailboxes are missing, remember that you need to set your ADServerSettings:

Set-ADServerSettings -ViewEntireForest:$true

Once you run this, you can then view your arbitration mailboxes with command:

Get-Mailbox -Arbitration
